Why London City is a different job from Heathrow
London City sits in the Royal Docks, not on the M25/M4 corridor we use for Heathrow. It is a single-terminal airport used heavily for short-haul European flights. From Oxford, a lot of the bookings we take are business trips: early outbound, evening return, one cabin bag, and a need for the fare to be agreed before anyone leaves the office.

One terminal, still send the flight number
There is no North/South choice as at Gatwick. Send the flight number anyway so we can time an arrival collection and so the driver is not guessing from a scheduled time that has already slipped.
Business travel and luggage
London City suits people who want a smaller airport and a Docklands drop, not a west-London terminal. Luggage is still the thing that catches people out.
Bags
One or two people with cabin bags fit the Standard Car easily. Four passengers with hold luggage should say so. If cases will not sit comfortably with four adults, book the 8 Seater. You book the class, not a guaranteed model.
Returns to Oxford
Book the collection with the flight number. We track the actual landing time. You have 50 minutes from landing to clear the airport and tell us you are ready; the driver then makes their way to the pickup point.
