Flight monitoring — what it does and doesn’t do
Flight monitoring means we watch the published landing time for your flight number. If the plane is delayed, we don’t turn up at the original clock time and leave. We adjust.
It does not mean unlimited free waiting forever. Airport fares include waiting within our standard allowance after landing. If you need much longer — for example a long customs delay beyond that allowance — extra waiting is charged at the rate on our rates page.
Tip: If you’re travelling with a large group or several big cases, tell us at booking. We may recommend the Mercedes Vito rather than a smaller car.
Heathrow terminals
We collect from Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Terminal layouts and short-stay rules change over time, so we confirm the meet plan with your booking rather than publishing a map that goes out of date.
| Terminal | What helps us |
| T2 / T3 | Flight number + mobile — common for many European and long-haul arrivals |
| T4 | Tell us T4 if you already know; it’s separate from the central terminals |
| T5 | Often British Airways — flight number is usually enough |
