Who can enquire about a business account?
Businesses, hotels, schools, colleges, travel agencies, event organisers and other organisations can enquire. We are an Oxford private hire company. An enquiry does not open an account.
What journeys can Spires Taxis provide?
Pre booked private hire, including airport transfers to and from Oxfordshire, longer journeys, and travel for visiting guests. Vehicles are a Standard Car or an 8 Seater. Published airport prices are on the rates page.
Can you provide transport for groups?
Yes, within a Standard Car or an 8 Seater. Group bookings depend on availability and luggage. We will tell you if we can cover the journey before it is booked.
How are journeys booked?
Once arrangements are agreed, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, or book on the online booking page. This enquiry form does not book a journey.
Can our organisation be invoiced?
Account invoicing can be arranged for approved business customers. Payment terms are agreed during setup. They are not granted automatically.
Do we need to travel regularly to enquire?
No. Occasional journeys and regular travel can both be discussed.
