About This Offer

New customers can get £5 off the total fare when they book an airport return journey with Spires Taxis. The discount is applied once per return booking (not per leg).

Who Is Eligible

New customers signing up to the Spires Taxis Customer Portal
The same person must make the booking through their own account
Only one £5 discount per account/household may apply at our discretion

How to Claim the Discount

Create an account in the Customer Portal via our website
Submit a return airport booking request (outbound + inbound) through the portal
Wait for us to confirm the booking by email or message
The £5 discount will be applied to the total confirmed fare (for example, £95 outbound + £80 return becomes £170 instead of £175)
Payment: You will pay the first leg fare plus half of the second leg fare upfront. The remainder will be paid on your return journey

What Journeys Are Included

Return journeys between the Oxford area (e.g. Oxford, Abingdon, Bicester, Kidlington etc.) and major airports, such as:

Important: Only applies where both the outbound and return are booked together as one return booking.

One-way airport trips (outbound only or return only)
Local trips that do not involve an airport
Journeys booked by phone, email, WhatsApp or any other method outside the Customer Portal
Bookings where another discount or promotion has already been applied

Validity and End Date

Offer valid for bookings made up to and including 31 December 2025
The journey dates can be in the future, but the booking itself must be made while the offer is still active
We may extend or update the offer in future; any changes will be reflected on this page

Changes and Cancellations

Booking Modifications

If the return leg is cancelled and only a single journey is taken, we reserve the right to remove the £5 discount and charge our normal fare
Standard waiting time, extra stops and out-of-hours charges may still apply according to our usual terms
If a booking is significantly changed (e.g. airport, address, times), we may need to re-quote the fare and re-apply the discount at our discretion

Other Terms

Spires Taxis reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time for new bookings
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
All bookings remain subject to our general terms and conditions and driver availability
